How to use Peel

Below we will walk you through all what you need to use the full potential of the app.

Setting up account.

In this video, we'll walk you through the process of setting up your coach account. Learn how to input your name, email, and password, and verify your account via email. Let's get you started on helping clients achieve their fitness goals!

Complete Your Profile

In this tutorial, we'll show you how to fill in your personal information. From the start page, click on your name at the top to open "My Account" page. There select 'Edit My Profile.' Here, you can upload multiple photos to your gallery, list your certifications, specify your location, and indicate the languages in which you offer your services. Let's make your profile stand out!

Creating and Managing Your Personalized Packages

We'll guide you through the process of creating personalized packages that will appear in the marketplace. From the 'My Account' page, select 'Manage Offers' to start. You'll find three categories to choose from: packages that include both workout and diet plans, packages that include only workout plans, and packages that include only diet plans. You can add as many plans as you like.

To start creating your packages, press 'Add offer' and a page with multiple tabs will appear. Fill out each tab as follows:

  • Title: Enter the name of the package.

  • About Offer: Describe in detail what the package includes for the clients.

  • Price: Ensure the price includes VAT and Peel's commission.

  • Tags: Select appropriate tags for your package category. If a tag is missing, email us at support@peelfitness.com.

Don't forget to activate the package by toggling the switch next to the offer. Let's create your first package!"

Creating Your Workout Directory & Adding

Peel allows you to create preplanned weekly workouts to streamline your time and efforts with clients. Start by clicking the 'Workouts' icon below, then press 'New Plan' in the top right corner.

First, fill in the two tabs that are visible only to you:

  • Title: Name the weekly workout plan, e.g., 'Weightless Week 1 for Beginners.'

  • Description Text: Provide a description to help you allocate this plan to the right clients.

Next, fill out each day's workout from Day 1 to Day 7. For example, on Day 1:

  • About Day: Add any extra details or comments for your clients, e.g., 'Rest only 30 seconds between sets and keep hydrated.'

  • Add Exercises: Click 'Add next exercise' and complete the following for each exercise:

    • Name: Name of the exercise.

    • Series: Number of rounds (displayed as 'series' after the number you input).

    • Reps/Time/Weights: Input the specific number and the corresponding word, e.g., 'reps.'

    • URL to Video: Input the URL for your own video or use one from our directory. To use our directory, visit www.peelfitness.com/coaching , filter by muscle group or equipment, and easily copy-paste the workout URL.

Creating Your Diet Directory

Similar to the workout directory, this feature helps you plan and organize weekly meal plans for your clients. Start by clicking the 'Diets' icon below, then press 'New Diet' in the top right corner.

First, fill in the two tabs that are visible only to you:

  • Title: Name your diet plan.

  • Description Text: Provide a description to help you categorize and allocate this plan.

Next, complete the meal plans for Days 1 to 7. Currently, each day's plan is a large text box where you can write freely without any restrictions. Use this space to detail the daily meals and any additional instructions for your clients.

We aim to enhance this page with more features in the future. Let's create your first weekly diet plan!"

Assigning Workout & Diet to Client

Simply select their profile, press the '+Plan' button, and add the weekly plan, one week at a time. It's recommended to assign plans week by week to maintain a personalized approach.

Important note: Any edits you make to a plan already assigned to a client won't affect the original pre-made plan in your directory, and vice versa. To customize something specifically for a client, be sure to edit the assigned plan directly. Let's get started on tailoring plans to fit your clients' needs!"

Creating Client Groups for Easy Plan Assignment

By organizing your clients into categories, you can easily assign the same workout or diet plan to an entire group, saving time and ensuring consistency in your coaching. Let's make your client management more efficient by creating these groups
